Find your own Code
Example 1
Text A: Genesis 1:1 - 5
We are going to find the code TORAH that Rabbi Weissmandel found in Genesis 1.
The first letter, tav, is circled - locate it and then,
Count 50 letters on and circle the letter you find - it should be a vav.
Skip another 50 letters and you should now find a resh and after skipping yet another 50 you should find the last letter spelling the word TORAH, a heh.
Text B: Exodus 1:1 - 5
Rabbi Weissmandel found the same code in the first chapter of Exodus as well.
Find the first tav. Circle it.
Skip 50 letters and you will find vav, resh and heh. The same word - TORAH.
Text C: Leviticus 1:1
In the third book of the Torah, Leviticus, you will find, instead of the word TORAH, one of G-d's names, this time at 7 letter intervals.
The first letter, yud is circled for you.
Skip 7 letters to find a heh, skip another 7 to find a vav and another 7 to find the last heh.
Text D: Numbers 1: 1 - 3
The last two books of the Torah will once again spell the code TORAH but this time backwards.
In the book of Numbers, find the circled heh
Skip 50 letters to find the resh, skip another 50 letters and find the vav and skip the last 50 to find the tav.
Text E: Deuteronomy 1: 5 - 8
In Deuteronomy, the heh is circled.
Now skip 49 instead of 50 letters each time and you will once again find the resh, vav and tav.
